Improv Troupe

Students put their improv skills to the test by creating an ensemble, learning the narrative structure and mastering well-loved improv games.  This class culminates in an Improv Showcase for family and friends as well as a public show for the community. This year-long program includes training in improv and performance opportunities at Zach and around Austin!

Available at Zach's Downtown and Cedar Park campuses.

Auditions

Improv Troupe Audition Requirements:

You do not need to prepare any material in advance. When you enter the audition room, you will be given two slips of paper drawn from a hat. One will be a profession and the other will be an emotion. You will then start a monologue as if you were a person with that profession currently feeling that emotion.
